The court ordered the Telegram to disclose financial information on ICO project TON on demand SEC

Court for the southern district of new York ordered the company Telegram to disclose the Bank’s records until February 26. The decision was made by the same judge who a few days before refused a Commission at the securities and exchange Commission (SEC) requirement to provide financial information about the project TON, according to Finance Magnets.

The resolution emphasizes that the installed date is final. The court allowed a Telegram to hide some of the information in the documents in compliance with foreign privacy laws, but the company must explain the reason for each individual case.

In the SEC this approach is criticized:

«Telegram does not even mention the names of countries whose laws may apply, and does not refer to any specific data privacy laws», — said the Agency.

Previously, the SEC called the documents «very important» to the proceedings.

Your query office supported documents which may be evidence of the sale of tokens Gram after the completion of licensee.

We will remind, in October, the SEC accused the Telegram in violation of U.S. law in conducting the ICO. Claims Adjuster caused the startup delay of the core network TON, originally scheduled for October 31. It was moved on 30 April.
