The most part of transactions in the decentralized applications (dApps) ecosystems EOS was implemented bots. This is evidenced by data research firm AnChain.ai.
The report says that in the first quarter of 2019 75% of transactions in dApps on EOS for a total amount of $6 million carried out the bots. They also owned 51% of unique accounts network in this ecosystem.
SEO AnChain Victor Feng said that such a high activity of the bots can threaten the integrity of the gaming industry, because of user activity and transaction volume are the main indicators of the technological feasibility of the project.
He also stressed that the use of bots and even increases the rating dApps, however, distorts the real indicators of activity in the network.
According to Fanga, as counter these bots can be used by «good bots» — automated programs verify compliance with the rules of the network.
Earlier, rating Agency Weiss Ratings announced that it was forced to downgrade EOS due to «serious problems» with the centralization of the project.
